All exhibitors and producers are members of the Catalan Association of Artisan Cheese Cattlemen – ACREFA

ACREFA is an association made up of most Catalan artisan cheesemakers. It is made up of all the kind of cheesemakers we can find in Catalonia: livestock cheesemakers, artisan cheesemakers, cheesemakers who work from 50 to 4000 liters a day, and not just cheesemakers, but many dairy producers, who work from milk pasteurized to the most amazing dairy desserts you’ve ever tasted. So ACREFA is plural, and we are united by a common fact: working methods seek product excellence.
